Interested in participating in a mindfulness group for teens/young adults with menstrual pain?

The Family Health Lab at the University of Saskatchewan is running a 6-week online group mindfulness program for adolescents/young adults with menstrual pain. Group session will be 90 minutes weekly for six weeks online via Zoom. Participants will also be asked to complete short online surveys via SurveyMonkey.

This group is part of a research study to help us gain a better understanding of whether mindfulness can be helpful in managing menstrual pain among adolescents.

To participate you need to be:

  1. 14 to 18 years old
  2. currently living in Saskatchewan
  3. able to menstruate and have experienced your first menstrual period.
